German residency

• I have a German residency
  
  (aufenthaltserlaubnis + arbeitserlaubnis)
  
  can I move to work and live to anyother EU country, as a EU-citizen?

• Working in a EU-country

  As EU-citizen, you can live and work in any EU-country you want. However, bear in mind that there are still some (provisionary) restricitions for the new EU-members like Poland.
