Stay period for business visa in germany

• I heard that the German counslate is not allowing people to stay for more than 28 days instead of 90 days for business Visa. is this true?

  Let me answer your question this way: §6 Law on Residency permits you to enter Germany for up to (!) 30 per half year! The rest is discreation of the Consulate.
