KPN van ASDL

• I signed up to KPN on the internet, and got given a Klaantnuumber, but i dont know when they are coming to install it or how it work, can somebody help me? i tried to phone them but the dutch automated system means nothing to me, so i dont know what button to press or anything!!??

  I just went through the same ¨but finally got to talk to a representative in english. Basically, if you have a phone plug in you home (in the netherlands sometimes are the small jacks or sometimes a kind of wall plug with 4 holes), just buy anywhere a phone, and in 7 to 10 days they activate the line. For me it took around 8 days, and the number that was supposed to be mine was changed... Anyway, I hope this helps! good luck
