mobile phone spec

• i will be coming to holland as a student. I would like to find out about mobile phone price over there. The town that I will be is in Enschede.

• Pre-paid phone

  The best thing osto use a pre-paid phone, since contracts here are at least of two years (mostly). I use a carrier called Quik, that allows me to send SMS to anywhere for 8cents.
  
  Check around, depending on how you want to use it another plan of pre-pay would be better for you
