Courses in English in France? (erasmus)

  I would like to do half a year of my study in France (Erasmus). The problem is that i do speak a bit french, but not perfectly. Also, i don;t know if i can follow classes well in french. Does anyone know if certain classes can be followed in english? if not, is it then difficult t follow classes in frecnh?>
