Due to the internship, I would like to sub-rent my studio for the period of 7 July – 30 November 2008.
The studio is located in the neighbourhood of Oosterpoort, 5 minutes on foot to the train station and 10 minutes on foot to the city center. The fully-furnished studio is about 20m2, 1 sleeping room with own kitchen, bathroom and toilet. Washing machine, refrigerator, microwave oven etc. are ready for use.
Rent: €350/month, inclusive.
