Spanish girl wants to find a job

• Hi!
  My name is leyre, I am 21 years old and i currently living in London.
  I would like to change and go live in USA. I have no idea how everything is working there that is why I am in this forum trying to get in touch with someone who can help me.
  I had been working in london since June 2007, as waitress, barmaid and receptionist in a 3 stars hotel.
