I have received Receipt for Resident Permit from Prefecture

After Medical and receiving Receipt for Resident Permit, there is invervening period of 6-8 weeks.
Due to Business travel in this period Can I get a re-entry Visa to Enter France to obtain the Resident Permit.
The existing rule is that till we get the RP we cannot leave the country.
