• Hi, my name is Penelope, and i come from Dominican Republic, i would like to know, if Portugal has scholarships Programs for people who want to study in their country. I will aappreciate your help!

  Hi,
  Have a look on the Gulbenkian site; usually they offer grants for foreigns to study in Portugal. Portugueses are not racists and many people coming from spanish language countries are currently living there.
