labour workpermit

hi am 29year old male from india.i want to work in netherland i am diploma holder in medical lab technecian and want to work in medical lab as assistant or technecian i have 7-8 years of experience in routine examination, histopathology and biochemistry.please guide what i can do for taking workpermit.
